Our Elmers End Team

Brittany Curtis

Nursery Manager

Nurturing Leader | Safeguarding Team

Brittany is the Nursery Manager at Bellissima Elmers End and has been working in childcare since 2008. She began her Bellissima journey in December 2014 as the Baby Floor Leader at our Beckenham Junction site and has since supported the growth of our Elmers End nursery, which opened in April 2018.

Taking on the role of Nursery Manager at Elmers End has allowed Brittany to shape a motivated, driven team, create a stimulating educational environment for the children, and establish an organised, welcoming culture that parents can rely on. She is also an important member of the safeguarding team, ensuring every child is safe, happy, and supported.

Passionate Role Model
Room Leader | Level 5

Ilenia joined Bellissima in 2018 and has grown with us from Nursery Practitioner to Room Leader, and now Team Leader. She’s passionate about creating a nurturing, inspiring environment where every child feels happy, valued, and confident to explore.

Ilenia loves working in Early Years “because it’s a happy and fun environment” and enjoys getting creative with the children — whether through role play, crafts, or storytelling.
