Meet Kelly Parker, the heart and driving force behind Bellissima Nurseries!

Kelly has been part of the Bellissima family since it opened in 2014, working tirelessly to create a warm, welcoming, and exceptional environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. With a Foundation Degree completed in 2015, she has been instrumental in shaping Bellissima’s vision of a fun, friendly, and educational nursery experience for all children.

Over the years, Kelly has fostered multiple roles, including Designated Safeguarding Lead and Mental Health & Wellbeing Support, ensuring that every child and staff member feels safe, supported, and valued.

Kelly’s passion for early years education began in secondary school and has only grown stronger over time. Now a proud mum of two boys, she brings a unique perspective to the role — seeing early years from both a professional and parent standpoint. She understands the challenges families face and is dedicated to making sure all parents feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.

Known for her organisation, enthusiasm, and supportive nature, Kelly inspires children and staff alike. She encourages her team to shine, guiding them to reach their full potential while ensuring every child receives the care, attention, and encouragement they deserve.
